Are You Ready for A Change? Are You Worthy of a Change?
Do you need a change but don't know what? Or do you know what but don't know how to make it happen? Or, you may be uncertain about a relationship, career, being single, getting older, or just “what-comes-next.”
Is it time to reclaim your sense of adventure? Are you ready to be rejuvenated in a restful environment.
Unique Retreats for Women Ready for Change is for women who are ready to find themselves, unleash their personal power, and use it more effectively.
I’ve been running these retreats for 16 years, and I love them. I love the excitement and thrill of seeing women unearth parts of themselves that were forgotten or perhaps never realized. I love the camaraderie that always occurs among a small group of women – within only 48 hours of knowing each other.
The upcoming one (November 4-6) is being held in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. They are gorgeous any time of year. And, at peak foliage, they are especially glorious. But, even when it is past peak, the colors can still be spectacular in the 300 degrees of mountains surrounding Graves Mountain Lodge. Driving to the lodge, standing in the middle of the field, or looking around from atop a horse, you often can see enough colored leaves to believe the whole area is slightly afire.
All women's retreats are exciting and exhilarating because of the intensity of being with caring women in a caring nurturing environment.
So what, you should ask, makes Unique Retreats for Women unique?
The group is small, there are a minimum of 15 hours of group discussion, a series of innovative exercises to help each one personally discover and address her individual issues. By the end, women have designed their strategies to reach their specific goals – goals that only a few days ago they may not even had been aware they had. And, they leave with concrete plans of action.
And, unlike other retreats where the glow typically dissipates as women return to their daily lives, these are designed to have long-lasting impact. In order to maintain your momentum from the weekend, there are 6 once-a-month follow up group phone calls.
The two most frequent questions I get are where is Syria, Va and who comes to these retreats?
1) Syria, Va is about one and a half to two hours outside of Washington, DC, in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountain,
2) Women come for lots of different reasons. And, some women actually come not knowing what they want out of the retreat -- they just know they want something.
The bottom
line is you don't have to have the same problem as any one else; you
don't have to have anything in common with anyone else. My job is to
make sure each of you get exactly what you come for (and if you are not
sure why you are coming, my job is to help you leave knowing why you
came!)
To participate, all you need to be is a woman who is ready to make a change in her life.
And, of course, to register.
